Salt & Honey is a small home bakery based in Nashville, creating simple, feel-good bakes meant for everyday moments. From cookie boxes to brownies, blondies, muffins, and more, everything is made in small batches with care.

It’s the kind of baking that fits naturally into life: something to bring to a friend, set out for guests, stock in your shop, or keep on the counter for slow mornings.

Hi, I’m Bella!

Baking has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.

Growing up, my mom and I were always in the kitchen together, usually with boxed mixes, just baking for fun.

Years later, during COVID, I found my way back to it. It started with Oreo truffles and cookies, just playing around in my kitchen and seeing what I could come up with. Then came cakes, cupcakes, and a little bit of everything after that.

My grandma was a baker, and somewhere along the way, I realized how much I loved it too. It felt like something familiar, something I had grown up with, but was now learning to make my own.

I have a background in marketing, which has helped me shape Salt & Honey into something real. Not just something I bake, but something I get to build.

Now it’s one girl, one apartment kitchen, three stand mixers, and a whole lot of faith behind everything I make.

Why I do this

What stayed with me most was the feeling. Seeing people light up over something I made, getting to be part of someone’s birthday, a gathering, or even just their morning. It made something small feel meaningful.

My faith is a big part of my life, and it’s been a big part of this too. This business has taught me a lot about trusting, letting go, and letting God lead, even when I don’t have everything figured out.

There have been so many moments where I’ve had to take a step back, trust the process, and stay rooted in what I believe I’ve been called to do.

I never set out for this to become what it is now, but I truly believe it’s something I’ve been led into.

The Name

Salt & Honey comes from a deeper place.

From being called to be the salt of the earth, and the promise of a land flowing with milk and honey. A reminder of purpose, provision, and something good.

That meaning sits quietly behind everything I bake.
